(Nasdaq: FNKO), een toonaangevend merk in popcultuur, en Goliath, een particulier familiebedrijf en wereldwijde spelfabrikant, hebben vandaag aangekondigd dat de bedrijven een exclusieve wereldwijde licentie- en distributieovereenkomst zijn aangegaan voor het portfolio van Funko, op de markt gebracht onder het merk Funko Games. Als onderdeel van de overeenkomst heeft Goliath ook de activa verworven van Funko's bordspelontwikkelingsstudio, voorheen bekend als Forrest-Pruzan Creative, en het geprezen bordspelontwerpteam Prospero Hall.
